What is HoopLife?


HoopLife is the largest basketball skills training academy in Saskatchewan. We are based out of Regina and offer basketball and character development training to beginner and elite athletes. HoopLife was founded in 2017 with the goal of bringing next level basketball training and a welcoming culture that athletes thrive in. 


Since opening, we have seen unprecedented growth with thousands of kids coming to HoopLife. Our purpose is to develop every child into people of character on and off the court. We believe that by using basketball as a vessel athletes can learn important lessons that are carried throughout life. Discipline, confidence, and composure are few of many traits that they will learn at HoopLife which will create future leaders in our community. We want to push our athletes to succeed in all aspects of their life and truly live the “Hoop Life.” 


Description


HoopLife Basketball Training Academy is currently seeking Customer Experience Representatives who are dependable, professional and can work independently.


The chosen candidates will be required to have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and are decisive. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of our workspace, greeting and checking in clients as well as administrative tasks.


This is a part time position with opportunities available for weekdays and weekends.


What HoopLife Offers


HoopLife offers Weekly Training Sessions that are available 7 days a week, HoopLife League which runs October-April, and we have Seasonal Camps that run yearly.


What you'll do:


  • Greet athletes and parents when they walk in
  • Check athletes in to their designated classes
  • Advise parents and provide information on memberships, programming and scheduling
  • Provide administration and organizational assistance to all HoopLife team members
  • Brainstorm and provide feedback to help streamline your position
